Rates
Q. I would like to know the details of the rental car rates.
A.
The total rental fee consists of the Basic Rate + Optional Fees + Insurance/Coverage Fees (calculated daily) + Consumption Tax.
Q. What are the payment methods?

Q. Is there a mileage limit?
A.
There is no mileage limit.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A.
If you cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. Please understand this in advance.
After departure: 100% of the basic rate
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the basic rate
1 day prior: 80% of the basic rate
2 days prior: 50% of the basic rate
3 to 5 days prior: 30% of the basic rate
6 days prior: 20% of the basic rate
7 days prior: None
If we do not hear from you more than 1 hour after your reserved time, it will be treated as a cancellation.
Insurance & Coverage
Q. I would like to know about the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
A.
This is a voluntary system that waives the deductible (100,000 JPY / 70,000 JPY) for vehicle and property damage that you would otherwise be responsible for in the event of an accident. For details, please see the Insurance/Coverage section.
Q. Is the Collision Damage Waiver fee mandatory?
A.
Joining the Collision Damage Waiver is optional. If you join at the time of reservation or contract, the deductible for property and vehicle compensation will be waived in the unlikely event of an accident (excluding violations of regulations).

Q. What happens if I have an accident without joining the Collision Damage Waiver?
A.
If you have not joined the Collision Damage Waiver, you will be responsible for the deductible amounts.
You will be responsible for:
Property Damage Compensation (Deductible 100,000 JPY / 70,000 JPY)
Rental Vehicle Compensation (Market Value)
Non-Operation Charge (Part of business compensation)
Please be aware of this in advance.
Q. There are multiple drivers. Does the coverage apply to everyone?
A.
Yes, if you join, it applies to everyone. Please present the driver's licenses of all drivers at the time of rental.
Vehicles / Options
Q. Do you have non-smoking cars?
A.
All our rental cars are non-smoking vehicles.
Q. Do you have manual transmission (MT) cars?
A.
All our rental cars are automatic transmission (AT) vehicles.
Q. Can I rent a child seat or junior seat?
A.
Yes, they are available for rent. Please choose according to your child's age and size. You can also bring your own seat. *Please install it yourself. Be sure to perform the final installation check yourself.
Q. Is an original ETC device installed?
A.
All our rental cars are equipped with an ETC device. ETC card rentals are also available.
Q. Do you rent out ETC cards?
A.
Yes, ETC card rentals are available. Please apply at the time of reservation. (A handling fee applies).
Q. Can I specify the color or grade of the rental car?
A.
It may be possible depending on availability. Please consult with us at the time of reservation. (Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability).
Q. Can I rent studless winter tires?
A.
Yes, we have them available. Please check at the time of reservation.
Q. Are the rental cars equipped with a car navigation system?
A.
All our rental cars are equipped with car navigation systems. Please use them with peace of mind.
Requirements
Q. Can beginners rent a car?
A.
We may refuse to rent to beginners. Please contact us directly for details.
Q. How many passengers can a standard car carry?
A.
A standard driver's license allows you to drive a vehicle with a capacity of up to 10 people. For details, please check the National Police Agency website.
Q. Can I rent a car with an International Driving Permit?
A.
Yes, it is possible. However, you must have a license valid for driving in Japan. For details, please check the National Police Agency website.
Q. Is there an age limit for renting a car?
A.
There is no age limit for renting a car as long as you have a driver's license. However, those who have held their license for less than one year or are under 21 years old cannot join the Collision Damage Waiver system.

Reservation
Q. Can I rent a car without a reservation?
A.
We basically request advance reservations. We will decide based on the situation on the day, so please ask us directly. Please understand that we may refuse depending on availability.
Q. I would like to know how to book.
A.
You can book online or by phone.
For online booking, please use the reservation form on our website, Skyticket, TOCOO, or official LINE account. For phone booking, please contact us directly.
Q. Can someone other than the user make the reservation?
A.
Yes, it is possible.
Q. By when should I make a reservation?
A.
Please complete your online or phone reservation at least 2 days in advance.
Q. Where should I contact to cancel my reservation?
A.
It depends on the method you used to book. Online reservations form third-party sites are handled by the respective sites. If you booked by phone or our site, please contact us directly.
Q. I haven't received a reservation confirmation email. What should I do?
A.
If the confirmation email does not reach your email address, the reservation may be invalid. Please check your email address and spam folder again, and if you still haven't received it, please contact us directly.
Pick-up / Return
Q. What do I need to bring on the day?
A.
Please bring the following to the rental shop:
1. Driver's license (for all drivers)
2. Amount required for payment (if paying by cash)
Q. Can I change the reservation details on the day?
A.
Reservation details, vehicle type, options, etc. may not be changeable. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
Q. Is there a transfer service?
A.
We offer free transfers between the shop and Fukuoka Airport, Fukuoka International Airport, Hakata Station, and Tenjin Station. Please request this at the time of reservation.
Q. Can I leave my own car with you?
A.
We can handle this in some cases. Conditions apply, so please contact us directly.
Q. Can I extend the rental time or date?
A.
We may not be able to accept extensions depending on other customers' reservations. If you wish to extend, please contact the rental shop as soon as possible. Extension fees will be settled upon return. Please note that penalty fees will apply if you extend or exceed the time without contacting us.
Q. Can I return the car earlier than scheduled?
A.
Yes, it is possible. However, please contact the rental shop in advance. Please note that we cannot refund any fees even if you return the car earlier than planned.
Q. Can I depart early in the morning?
A.
Rentals and returns are only available during business hours. Please check and ensure your pickup and return are within business hours.
Q. What if I leave something in the rental car?
A.
Please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
During Rental
Q. What should I do if the car breaks down?
A.
In the event of a vehicle accident or breakdown, please contact us.
Q. In the unlikely event of an accident, please take the following actions immediately. These are important procedures for applying insurance and compensation. Be sure to complete all of them.
A.
1. Aid the injured
First, aid the injured. Then, immediately move the rental car to a safe place where it will not obstruct traffic.
2. Report to the police
Both the perpetrator and the victim have a duty to report to the police. An accident certificate will be required later, so please complete the necessary procedures.
3. Contact the rental shop.
Q. I want to go to a remote island by ferry.
A.
Taking the vehicle to remote islands by ferry is prohibited. Please understand this in advance.
